Dried hops in pack sizes 100g (a few handfuls) to 5Kg. Said to aid sleep as discussed on BBC "Grow Your Own Drugs". 100g is 4 large handfuls. Try mixing half and half with lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia - try our Organic lavender).
