HOW TO ORDER our dried flowers, home fragrance and wedding accessories.

After reading these pages, enter the catalogue via the menu ("Go Shopping!", see right of page) to see our product overview.
From there, you can browse around our products. Our stock is divided into categories for your convenience.
To find out more about an item, or to order, click on Detailed View or Add to Basket.
At your shopping basket, confirm order quantity and colour, and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. 
YOU CAN USE THE SHOPPING CART IF PAYING BY: Cheque, PayPal, Visa debit (Delta or Solo), Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.

There is now no minimum order level.

At the checkout, enter your name, address and contact details. We can ship to a different address if required. If you wish, you can register with us, which will allow you to check order progress as well as looking up past orders. If you register, you will not have to enter your details every time you shop. You will receive occasional news emails from us. We will not spam you (see bottom of page for our email policies)

PAY BY CARD ONLINE
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UK Maestro (formerly Switch), Delta, Visa Debit and Solo cards.
Enter your payment details for secure online processing by PayPal (you do not need an account with them). See Privacy/Security for more details.

If you don't like PayPal and wish to pay by card please phone 01323 896807 and we will process your order manually.

PAY BY PayPal ONLINE

We can now accept payment through our shopping cart by PayPal. Please be assured we are PayPal verified. This means we have undergone stringent security checks for your peace of mind.

Please note that if you have insufficient funds in your PayPal account and wish to pay by eCheque, this will be accepted but we may hold your order until the funds have cleared.

If you don’t wish to use either of the above methods, there are other ways to pay.

PAY BY CHEQUE ONLINE

Just use the shopping cart as above, then follow the instructions in the confirmation email. Unfortunately we will not be able to send the goods until we receive a valid cheque. We reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear (up to 7 working days) before sending the goods.

PAYING OFFLINE

You do not need to use the shopping cart if you don't want to.

Cheque or postal order - If you don’t wish to pay by credit card online, you can send a postal order or a cheque made payable to Daisy Gifts Ltd, with your full postal address on the back.
Please include the following:
Item description and quantity including weight and colour if applicable.
Add £3.99 P&P.
A contact phone number or email address in case there is a problem.

We may not be able to process your order until the cheque has cleared which may take up to 7 days from banking. Postal orders are treated as cash and so goods can be sent as soon as payment is received.

VOUCHER CODES

We occasionally offer voucher codes to be entered at the checkout. These are to be used in accordance with the information provided at time of issue. For new offers why not follow us on facebook or twitter or subscribe to our newsletter.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Standard UK shipping: £3.99 - please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.

Items are despatched within 1 to 3 working days
(with the exception of mini bunches marked "2 weeks" in the product description - handmade by us to order).

This applies to packages under 20Kg. 90% of orders are sent by first class Royal Mail which takes 1-2 working days from despatch. Heavier parcels (over about 5Kg) within mainland Britain are usually sent by next day courier depending on size and postcode.

Please note you may be required to sign for your delivery. If you are not likely to be home, you are welcome to give us a work or other delivery address. Couriers will often refuse to leave a parcel without a signature.

Customers asking for deliveries to be left unattended e.g. on the step or in a greenhouse do so at their own risk. We may not agree to refund or replace undelivered items in these circumstances.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. We will not accept liability if a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address or postcode supplied by the customer.

HEAVY PACKAGES
Shipping on packages over 20Kg will be charged at cost.

Orders from elsewhere inside the EC
We are happy to accept orders on any items on our website. Shipping is charged at cost (minimum charge £3.99). Please e-mail us with your order so we can calculate shipping.

Orders from outside the EC
We are happy to accept orders from abroad, and shipping is charged at cost (minimum charge £3.99). Please e-mail us with your order so we can calculate shipping. However, we are unable to send plant matter including dried lavender, roses, and pot pourri outside the EC due to import/export restrictions.
Orders from USA & Canada: we are no longer able to accept orders from USA or Canada at all, on request of our insurers.

DELIVERIES NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received a confirmation email and have checked your spam filter, it is likely that your order was not completed due to a payment error and you were not charged. Please contact us to check.

We may ask the customer to check with their local Royal Mail sorting office before issuing a refund or replacement for undelivered goods.

TRADING POLICIES

We enjoy sourcing interesting new products, but always bear in mind the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. The items listed in this shop are all from trusted suppliers. We believe they offer a good combination of quality with value for money.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock (we monitor stock levels daily, and edit the website accordingly), or if there is a query, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a refund. Depending on the item, you may choose to wait for it to become available again.

We reserve the right to change prices and/or product availability at any time without notice.

Natural variability
We sell a wide range of natural and hand-processed products. Therefore all dimensions given are approximate and intended as a guide only.

We are often asked whether a particular petal confetti will mark clothing. Our petal confetti is a natural product (unless stated otherwise) and as such cannot be guaranteed colourfast.
We are advised that natural plant dyes may be easliy washed out in cold water. The dyed petals we use are described as such on our website and although we cannot guarantee these as colourfast, we are assured by our supplier that this is the case. We recommend testing before use.

Advice
Any advice given on our websites, by telephone or email is intended purely as a guide and is given in good faith. It is assumed that the customer will apply their own judgement and good sense.

Errors and omissions excepted.


RETURNS

If the item you received is damaged, or not what you ordered, please tell us straight away, and we will arrange a refund or replacement*. Returned items should be complete with packaging wherever possible. If we are at fault, we will pay return postage, but please keep a posting receipt for reference, and contact us before sending anything.

If you change your mind within 14 days, you are welcome to send the item back to us in its original condition, complete with packaging. You will receive a full refund but we will not reimburse return postage. Again, please contact us before sending.

Please be aware that if the item is not faulty, the customer will be liable for return postage. Heavy items may be expensive to send back to us.

*Hand-mixed confetti (all confetti mixes) and hand-filled bags (all lavender bags, rose bud bags and rose petal bags) are made to order and we reserve the right not to accept returns on these items. Please contact us to check.

SECURITY

All online card payments are processed by PayPal, with secure encryption. PayPal is an approved Payment Service Provider. This means that the customer can have peace of mind that they can purchase online without their credit card details, and personal information, being compromised.
PayPal uses sophisticated security measures. Customer card details are never sent to us - they go straight to PayPal, safeguarding customer details from potential hackers.

As mentioned above, we are PayPal Verified, meaning we have undergone stringent checks to verify our identity.

A few customers prefer not to use PayPal. Please phone 01323 896807 (Mon-Fri 9-5) to pay by credit card using our Streamline system.

If for any reason you do not wish to pay by credit card or PayPal, you may pay by cheque or crossed postal order but the order may not be processed until it has cleared. This may take up to 7 working days.

We are a VAT Registered Limited Company and member of the Federation of Small Businesses.

PRIVACY

We respect the privacy of our customers.
Personal data is collected on this site for order processing, and for customer registration. This is dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act. It will not be sold or passed on to a third party.

We ask for your name, address, contact details and method of payment.
We may contact you by phone or e-mail if there is a query with your order.

If you register with us, we may contact you from time to time by post or e-mail with news. If you don't want us to do this, please let us know.

Cookies - in order for the shopping cart software to work, we may send a cookie to your computer. We only use them to track the contents of your cart if you have selected an item. This information is collected to identify registered customers, and personalise our service to you.

Spam - your e-mail and billing address, phone number and any other personal information will not be passed on to a third party.

If you register as a customer, you may receive occasional e-mails from us to inform you of product availability, shipping information, registered customer information, news and offers. If you wish to be removed from our customer list or newsletter list, e-mail us and we will arrange it as soon as possible.
